Reading this table. The 6 submissions span 97.6 to 98.8 per cent purity — a band 1.2 points wide — with the largest content deviation at 3.8 per cent of label. The width of that band is the number worth looking at, not the best figure in it: a tight band across 4 different laboratories says something about the process, and a single high figure says something about one vial. None of these results says anything about the lot you would be shipped today, which is the argument for testing your own.

A single phase-change pack in a thin-walled box holds below ten degrees for something on the order of one to two days in a twenty-five-degree ambient, and considerably less at thirty-five. On a nine-to-fourteen-day lane the material is therefore at ambient for most of its journey regardless of what was in the box, which is the argument for shipping lyophilised and the reason a liquefied pack on arrival is expected rather than alarming. The related-substances table is itemised rather than summarised, so you can see what the impurities actually are instead of being told there are 0.4% of them. The stated purity and the independent figure differ by less than the method repeatability, which is the honest place for them to differ.
4 orders over 20 months, all MOTS-c 10 mg. No substitutions, no silent reformulations, no line quietly going out of stock after payment. The documentation is the product as much as the powder is.
The lot code printed on the vial matched the lot code on the certificate matched the lot code on the invoice. Basic, and the single best predictor of everything else. Peptide content came in at 97.1%, so converting to a working mass took no guesswork. This is one data point offered as one data point.

Ordered IGF-1 LR3 1 mg. Independent check at VendorInvestigate came back 97.4% against a stated 97.6%, which is inside the noise of the method rather than a disagreement. Consistent rather than flashy, and consistency is what I am buying.
Certificate for lot MKM-26-321 carried the method and the wavelength it was run at. Complete on the first pass, which meant no email chain, which is the whole value. Good supplier. Check your own vial anyway.
Split one order of AOD-9604 5 mg across two lots deliberately, to see whether the second matched the first. Within a tenth of a point of each other.
Packing on the melanotan II 10 mg order: labels printed rather than handwritten, lot and date legible. Someone has thought about this rather than inherited it. Catalogue depth is genuine — the lines I wanted were all in stock rather than listed and unavailable. Boring is the highest compliment available in this category.
Reordered sermorelin 5 mg at 10 months to see whether the process had drifted. It had not — 97.4% against 97.4% on the original.
First order was deliberately small — TB-500 5 mg only — because I wanted to spend a small amount finding out. Transit from the United States was day 6, tracking updated at every hop, and the parcel was where the tracking said it was each time I looked.

What to ask for before you order
Everything below is answerable by email before any money moves, and the answers are worth more than any rating on this page — including ours. This is the checklist members here actually use with MKM.
- Lead time. Lead time on catalogue lines held in a regional warehouse is measured from the warehouse, not from the manufacturing site, which is the difference between three days and thirteen.
- Quantities. Single-vial orders are accepted on catalogue lines. Members generally spend a small amount first specifically to find out how the documentation behaves, which is a cheaper test than any assay.
- Regional stock. Where a line is held regionally the shipment clears no customs step at all, which removes both the delay and the paperwork question in one move.
- What the certificate carries. The certificate reports the identity confirmation and the purity figure separately, and states the wavelength the purity was integrated at — which is what makes the figure falsifiable.
- How to ask for the batch record. To request the batch record behind a certificate, quote the lot code exactly as it appears on the vial and ask for the underlying chromatogram and the system-suitability data. Members who have asked have been sent both.
- Set your threshold first. Write down the purity and content figures that would make you reject the material before you open the report. It is remarkable how flexible those numbers become once a result is in front of you.
